Shining bright in the darkest of nights
A guiding hand, a comforting voice
Helping us to make a wise choice.
A pastor is a faithful servant
Dedicated to the Lord, in all that he does.
He preaches the Word, with all of his heart
Spreading the love of God, from the start.
He offers encouragement when we are down,
He listens with care, when we wear a frown,
He offers support when we need a friend,
He is there for us, until the very end.
So here's to you, dear Pastor true
Thank you for all that you do,
