We are a husband and wife team who have a passion for simple living. We also have a passion for reducing stress in peoples lives. As a result of these passions we have developed this website in the hopes
of helping people live a simpler life with less stress in their lives.

We are located in New Brunswick, Canada, and enjoy country living with our dog Sheema, and Kreena, the cat.

We formally lived in a large urban center suffering from noise pollution, air pollution, and the hectic lifestyle that it seemed to demand. You can read about our Journey through out the website.

Our goal of redcuing our stress by living a simple life is not a destination but a continous journey. And, as our journey continues we will share with you our learnings, our successes, and our challenges through articles, thoughts and tips on the website.
