Strangers To Best Friends

What really can I say,
About the two of us.
One day were strangers,
The next we were blessed.
We've only been friends,
For a very short time.
But it's like we'd been friends,
In some other lifetime.
Right away we clicked,
And best friends we quickly became.
We had the same interests,
Our husbands were also the same.
How lucky could we be,
To have found each other?
I can tell you one thing,
I wouldn't want any other.

You're friendship means so much,
And this I must explain.
You helped me through tough times,
And I hope I've done the same.
You're there when I call,
No matter what the reason.
If I need you, you'd be right over,
No matter what the season.
A true friend indeed you are,
Someone I can always trust.
You listen to my whine's,
And always have time to discuss.
I hope you can say the same,
That I've been a good friend to you.
One things for sure, my friend,
I'll always stay true to you.
