We have all heard the nifty saying, “you are what you eat”. Well, the same is true of your thoughts, “you are what you think”. If you think “you can”, then anything is possible. But, if you think “you can’t”, then you are defeated before you even begin! Your mind is tremendously powerful. Your own thoughts determine your success. Once you start to think, “I can’t,” your subconscious mind will work to turn this thought into a reality. Some people search their entire lifetime trying to find happiness and success. They never discover that the secret is all in how they think and how they view life.
If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought.

All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.
