Stress Relief by a Simple Life

Tips and Suggestions on Reduce, Recycle, Reuse

With the landfill sites quickly filling up, we have become more conscious on what we put out as garbage. Often people think what I do won't make a difference, but if we all just did that one thing to help the efforts of reducing, recycling and reusing it would make a difference. A quote from the Milwaukee Journal, sums up why we need to recycle: "Trash: there are no rugs left to sweep it under."

We can all help by doing some very simple things. We hope some of the ideas on the site inspire you to do that one thing that will make the difference to our environment.
