Stress Story
My Grandfathers Collection by Catherine Pulsifer
I was surprised as I read through the pages, I had no idea that my Grandfather had collected motivational quotes and articles. Perhaps my love of motivation has been passed down from my Grandfather! His pages are filled with wisdom of wonderful stories, poems and quotes. So I thought I would share one of the poems that he had collected. It is called "At Day's End". The author is not shown on his pages, but after searching the Internet I found John Hall wrote it.
Perhaps one of the best ways to deal with stress is to help someone else. The first line, "is anybody happier because you passed his way" is really a question we should all remember as we start each day. Sometimes the smallest gesture can brighten someone's day. And you may find it will take your mind off your own stress!
