Our journey to simplicity and, a more frugal lifestyle brought us back to
New Brunswick in Atlantic Canada.
Having been away from Atlantic Canada for 16 years, we had forgotten about the beauty and the slower pace of life here. Upon returning, we quickly appreciated all the hidden natural wonders of this part of Canada.
One of the benefits of living in Atlantic Canada is the housing costs.

And, if you are willing to live in the country, you will find acres available to garden on!
Growing your own vegetables can be a rewarding and satisfying hobby. Plus you will find farmers markets offering
fresh vegetables, baked goods and crafts in the majority of towns.
In addition, there are plenty of
craft shows and crafts people here in the eastern part of Canada offering one of a kind crafts!
We have found our stress levels have decreased substantially since we
moved to Atlantic Canada. Something as simple as driving on the highway, we no longer have the 8 lines of traffic, and bumper to bumper cars to deal with.
Atlantic Canada is made up of four provinces, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland. It is located on the eastern part of Canada.
